Job Description:

• Provide consulting to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN system software

• Responsible for IT hardware inventory as well as asset management

• Adhere to IT policies and procedures and follow management guidelines,

• Diagnose and resolve requests remotely using remote tools and perform preventive maintenance

• Responding to and servicing raised customer support issues from the Helpdesk

• Contribute to desktop projects (global upgrades/installs) as a member of the project team

• Monitor, install, configure and maintain IT users' desktop hardware and software; support mobile workforce

• Closing and completing work orders/tickets supporting end-user desktops and peripherals

• Document customer interactions in incident management systems including asset management

• Supports remote access for virtual private network connectivity as well as wireless/broadband connectivity for laptops

• Configure and install local and network-based printers

• Perform other tasks as requested

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, computer science or other related field or equivalent work experience/training

• Has 3 years of proven hands-on IT work experience supporting and solving a wide range of desktop PC software and hardware issues

• Have hands-on experience in supporting desktop computers in a TCPIP/Windows environment

• Have the ability to work independently and perform in a team-based collaborative environment

• Thorough knowledge of all Windows based operating systems including Windows 10

• Able to lift at least 30 lbs and be familiar with workflow and ticketing system

• Have knowledge of VPN connectivity and ability to troubleshoot

• Careful attention to detail

• Must be allowed to work in the United States

• Willing to work full time
